Sarah Elizabeth Fleet was born and raised in New Hampshire. She then moved to Massachusetts after high school for 12 years. Deciding to escape the wintery weather, she moved to beautiful sunny south Florida. She comes from a background of 20 years in customer service, and brings that hospitality experience to bear when working in the real estate industry. Sarah Elizabeth Fleet graduated Summa Cum Laude, top 10% of her class, at Southern New Hampshire University. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing. Which gives her a unique insight into how to market properties effectively. In addition, her many years of real life customer service experience to uniquely serve and educate her real estate clients.
Jason A. Aikens was born and raised in Corry, PA. After College, Jason moved to Las Vegas, NV, where he worked in the nightlife and hospitality business for 20+ years. During Covid he decided he wanted a fresh start, so he moved to South Florida. Where he continues to work in hospitality while pursuing his real estate career, helping more and more people with their real estate needs. Jason attended Slippery Rock University, Pennsylvania. Where he studied a dual major in Health Education & Exercise Science, with a minor in Coaching. He also enjoys building applications and spreadsheets to enhance business functionality. This simplifies the delivery of detailed information and the implementation of advanced strategies, which makes him effective at presenting/ considering offers and identifying opportunities to gain value for his clients. Jason & Sarah were inspired to enter the Real Estate world after less-than-stellar experiences with both buyer and seller agents.
